Known for her use of strong shapes and saturated colors, Sonia Delauney broke down many barriers as a female artist in the Deco era. Her geometric abstractions, interesting use of fabrics and understanding of cubism led to Sonia becoming the first living female artist to exhibit a retrospective show at the Louvre Museum. Our Sonia design highlights the unique shape and color of this special stone beautifully.
This one-of-a-kind .45 ct kite shape diamond is set in a half bezel and prongs, framed on two sides with a .19 ct diamond half halo. The entire design is set on a rounded high polish band that measures ~ 1.8mm in width.
