The opal in this design is a triplet. This means that the opal has a thin layer of clear glass on top of the stone and onyx on the back of the stone. This technique is used to add strength and enhance the color of the opal.
This item is made in a size 6.5. If you are choosing a different size, please allow time for us to resize it so it's just right for you.
