Job Purpose Summary: This role will own the day-to-day operations and strategic implementation of our CRM and connected systems, including POS, support, analytics, and integrations. As a key cross-functional contributor, you'll collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to ensure systems support our sales, marketing, customer experience, and operational goals. This is a high-impact, highly visible role that serves as the connective link between teams—ensuring our systems work seamlessly to deliver an exceptional customer journey and enable scalable growth.

Salary: $95k - $115k (Depending on Experience)

CRM & Systems Management
Oversee a growing technology ecosystem serving approximately 40 users across departments
Serve as the primary administrator of our CRM, ensuring workflows, modules, and automations align with sales, service, and marketing processes
Maintain and optimize additional applications (Customer Service, Analytics, Invoicing, etc)
Partner with external consultants to scope, manage, and QA advanced configurations and integrations
Cross-System Integration, Maintenance & Sales Operations Support
Support integrations with key platforms including our POS, eCommerce, and email marketing tools
Troubleshoot issues related to data sync, reporting, and process gaps between systems
Serve as the primary point of contact for Retail Sales Team inquiries and issues
Maintain documentation of systems processes, integrations, and data flows
Reporting & Analytics
Collaborate with leadership and external analytics partners to define and track KPIs across sales, retail, and customer service
Develop dashboards and actionable reports by leveraging CRM and Business Intelligence tools
Project Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Translate business requirements into technical solutions by collaborating with stakeholders in Retail Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Production
Manage multiple concurrent system projects, enhancements, and rollouts
Ensure systems are user-friendly and support training efforts in collaboration with the Retail Sales and LMS teams
Operate with autonomy to design and implement system solutions while aligning with company-wide technology and data governance standards
Required Qualifications
4–6+ years experience in CRM administration, business systems, or sales operations
Proven experience managing or heavily using CRM and similar operational platforms (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, Netsuite)
Understanding of system integrations across SaaS tools (CRM, POS, marketing automation, eCommerce)
Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent cross-functional communication skills and ability to translate business needs into system requirements
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, growth environment
Demonstrated professionalism, collaboration, and commitment to quality
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Retail, eCommerce, or other B2C industries
Hands-on experience with Zoho applications (CRM, Desk, Analytics, Books, etc.)
Familiarity with Lightspeed POS, Shopify, and Klaviyo integrations
Proficiency in Looker, Tableau, or Zoho Analytics for reporting and dashboards
Experience developing or documenting process improvements across teams

Who You Are
You are a technically skilled bench jeweler with strong precision, craftsmanship, and problem-solving abilities. You maintain high quality standards, approach every project with care, and take pride in accurate work. You excel at communication and enjoy translating technical concepts into simple terms for others to understand.
Salary: $25 - $28/hour depending on experience
Type: Full Time
Location: Wheat Ridge, CO
Schedule: Monday - Friday standard business hours, occasional weekends during busy season.

Independently perform expert-level jewelry repairs, restorations, stone setting, soldering, fabrication, and polishing, all with a focus on quality and timely turnaround.
Manage and prioritize your individual bench workload to meet promised timelines and support other jewelers as needed
Collaborate with sales and design teams to clarify technical requirements and ensure accuracy.
Maintain safety standards and handle tools and equipment with care.
Track and maintain bench supplies in coordination with the Director of Production.
Stay current on industry techniques, tools, materials, and pricing standards to ensure accuracy of quoted work.
Communicate any technical issues, material concerns, or job requirements promptly to leadership.
Uphold strict standards for craftsmanship, precision, and consistency.
Demonstrate initiative in expanding technical skills and adopting new methods.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
4+ years of professional bench jeweler experience.
Strong technical proficiency in jewelry repair, fabrication, stone setting, and polishing. Excellent visual acuity and manual dexterity for delicate work.
Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple jobs and deadlines.
Strong communication skills for collaborating with internal teams.
Low-ego operator, comfortable receiving feedback to improve skillset
Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
Team-oriented with a positive, solutions-focused approach.

Who You Are
You’re a customer-focused luxury retail professional who enjoys building relationships with customers. You stay organized, pay close attention to detail, and handle multiple tasks with ease, from keeping the showroom looking great to supporting daily sales operations. You communicate clearly, work well with others, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment. You’re dependable and bring a positive attitude to the team.
Provide a world-class customer experience by greeting customers, building rapport, identifying their jewelry needs, and guiding them through a seamless purchase process.
Continuously expand knowledge of fine jewelry, the Sarah O. brand, and internal processes to better serve our customers.
Keep customers informed about relevant products, events, promotions, policies, and services.
Maintain an organized and clean showroom and stockroom, assisting with event preparations, seasonal transitions, and new marketing campaigns.
Ensure the showroom’s case displays are well-maintained by re-merchandising and straightening throughout the day, and communicate inventory levels to Sales Leadership.
Assist with customer orders and repairs, respond to customer inquiries, and manage phone and email communication, as well as preparing order shipments.
Consistently follow internal processes and procedures with accuracy.
Foster positive working relationships across the company.
Assist with Sales Team projects as needed.
Take on other duties as assigned.
3+ years of retail experience (luxury or fine jewelry experience preferred).
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Ability to remain flexible and quickly adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Self-starter who proactively seeks out projects and opportunities.
Demonstrated ability to contribute to a positive work environment through teamwork and collaboration.
Availability to work a regular schedule, including weekends and holidays, in line with traffic levels, seasonality, and company needs.
