JM® Care Plans can only be purchased at the same time you purchase your jewelry.

FIRST - Purchase Coverage: Purchase your JM® Care Plans at the same time you purchase your jewelry. Keep your receipt as proof of purchase. You'll need it to file a claim.

NEXT - Wear Worry-Free: You do you, without worry. Rest assured you're protected from the unexpected.

IF YOU NEED TO File a Claim: Request a repair to begin the claim process.

All required care, maintenance, and inspection services specified in your item’s original manufacturer’s warranty must occur to maintain coverage.

Contact us to obtain a copy of the original receipt

3-year plans are transferable while the plan is active. Lifetime plans are transferable in the first 180 days. Simply pass the Terms and Conditions to the new owner and contact us to update the JM® Care Plans record.

In the event of a claim, the purchase receipt may be requested. We recommend providing the new owner with a copy of the receipt when you transfer the plan.
