Returns & Exchanges

Sarah O. offers returns and exchanges on in-stock and ready-to-ship items purchased online with a postmark date within 10 days of receipt of item. All returns and exchanges require prior authorization and a Return Authorization Number labeled on the package. Please review our Shipping & Returns policies before submitting a request.

 

To submit a request, please follow one of these options:

 

1) Log into your account portal by clicking “Login/Register” in the top right corner. The purchase will be associated with the email address used to complete the order. Once logged in, click on your name and navigate to the My Orders tab to locate your order and return items.

2) Complete the contact form on this page with the following information:

- Full Name, Email, and Phone

- Subject: ONLINE ORDER RETURN REQUEST - YOUR NAME 

- Include in Message:

     - Original Purchaser’s Name

     - Order Number 

     - Item Description

     - Are you requesting a refund or exchange?

     - If exchanging, please include a link to the item you would like to exchange and relevant product selections (ie metal color, ring size, etc). You may also choose to receive store credit for the full amount in the form of a gift card.

     - Reason for Return or Exchange

 

Resizing & Repairs

Please complete the contact form on this page with the following information:

 

- Full Name, Email, and Phone

- Subject: REMOTE REPAIR REQUEST - YOUR NAME 

- Include in Message:

     - Original Purchaser’s Name / Order number if available

     - Item Description

     - Description of Repair Request with pictures (if applicable)

     - If resizing request, please include the current size (if known) and the new size you would like

If you are based in the Denver Metro area: You can stop by either of our locations at your convenience to drop your ring off for resizing or repair. We also offer repair appointments if you prefer - please email us at [email protected] to schedule an appointment.

 

Rush Requests

For jewelry that is made-to-order, we may be able to accommodate a rush request outside of our standard delivery timeframe noted on the product page. Please note that additional fees will apply. To inquire about a rush before placing an order, complete the contact form on this page with the following information:

 

- Full Name, Email, and Phone

- Subject: RUSH REQUEST INQUIRY - [YOUR NAME] 

- Include in Message:

     - Description of item that you would like to purchase, including any selections on the product page such as ring size, metal color, and center stone (size and diamond type), if applicable.

     - Ideal timeline for receiving the item

     - City / State / Country where item will be shipping

 

Order Changes and Cancellations

To change or cancel your order, please reach out within 24 hours and we will do our best to accommodate. Any requests received after 24 hours may incur an additional fee. Complete the contact form on this page with the following information:

 

- Full Name, Email, and Phone

- Subject: ONLINE ORDER CHANGE/CANCELLATION REQUEST - [YOUR ORDER NUMBER] 

- Include in Message:

     - Original Purchaser’s Name

     - Order Number

International Orders

International requests apply to orders outside of the US and Canada. If you are interested in purchasing an item online, please complete the contact form on this page with the following information:

 

- Full Name, Email, and Phone

- Subject: INTERNATIONAL ORDER REQUEST - YOUR NAME 

- Include in Message:

     - Item description (and quantity)

     - Copy and paste the link to the product page on our website

     - Additional details captured on the product page (such as ring size and metal color, where applicable)

     - Shipping Address
