Sarah O. at Film’s Biggest Night

The red carpet was embellished with turquoise at this year’s Academy Awards. Killers of the Flower Moon star, Tatanka Means, wore these stunning custom pieces designed by Sarah O. herself.

This year was declared the year of the brooch for male stars, and Tatanka was no exception. He sported a turquoise brooch and earrings created to represent and honor his culture and powerful performance in the film.

Working with a family business in Bisbee, Arizona, each piece of turquoise was carefully chosen to match Sarah’s vision. Every stone is one-of-a-kind and exceptionally beautiful with striking blue colors and chocolate brown veining.

The unique shapes of turquoise were nestled in a rope pattern, matched with 14k white gold, and arranged to represent a moon and flower.
