This one-of-a-kind 14k yellow gold ring features a 1.52 ct oval pink sapphire set in four prongs, surrounded by a .86 ct pear and round diamond starburst halo, set on a high polish gold band. The band measures ~ 1.8mm in width. The Thames is named for Thames river that runs through the heart of London.
