Inspired by our Vivien Round Ring, this one-of-a-kind 14k yellow gold ring features a 1.18 ct round blue sapphire set in prongs, framed on each side by .29 ct diamond clusters, set on a high polish gold band. The band measures ~ 1.8mm in width.
